Abstract EN

Collective rights are the rights of the modern third generation, which emerged in the middle of the twentieth century in the framework of decolonization and the emergence of Third World countries.

These rights are of great importance in achieving peace and stability in society Because they contain rights that reflect the demands of certain human groups in the countries where they exist, through which they express themselves as ethnically or ethnically distinct ethnic groups, as in some minorities and indigenous groups of individuals, and thus lead to the exacerbation of racial prejudices that can Raised by depriving a group of their rights in any society.

As for the indigenous people, the creation of collective rights for these people emerged largely after the adoption of the UN Declaration on Indigenous Populations of 2007.

We have shown the importance of these rights to the indigenous people because they reflect the demands they have demanded and continue to demand, and its importance also comes from the fact that these rights enable these people to enjoy their human rights and other fundamental freedoms.
