Therefore, the parliamentary system works as a general principle on the equalization of each of these two powers with the other without the slightest dependency or control of one of them on the other hand, this equality means the necessity of the cooperation of the authorities, and by this it creates a mutual relationship linking the legislative authority with the executive authority, that is, the parliamentary system is based on not separating the legislative authority from the executive branch completely, but rather is based on establishing a kind of balance between The two authorities are the basis for equality between them, so there is no dominance of one authority over another as is the case in other systems, and the parliamentary system is the most applied in democratic systems, and it was linked in its formation with the English experience, which has become an example to be followed by other countries, and this does not mean that the English system is valid for application In every time and place, because the rules in political systems change according to the society's need for the political system and its nature.
