Abstract EN

This study aimed to Recognizing the degree of availability of educational technical competencies among middle school mathematics teachers in Riyadh.

Presenting a proposed vision for developing the performance of mathematics teachers for the intermediate stage in Riyadh in the light of technical competencies.

The descriptive approach was used in this study, and the study sample consisted of (230) middle school mathematics teachers in Riyadh, and the questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection, and the study was applied in the first semester of the academic year 1441/1442 AH : The study reached the following results Determining the educational technical competencies of mathematics teachers for the intermediate stage, and the degree of their availability was medium.

Develop a proposed vision for developing the performance of middle school mathematics teachers in Riyadh in the light of technical competencies .The study came out with recommendations, including: applying the proposed scenario that came out of this study, and measuring its impact on improving the performance level of mathematics teachers in the intermediate stage, building all training programs in light of the actual professional needs of teachers, converting traditional courses to training programs based on modern global trends.

It came out with proposals, the most important of which are: building a proposed vision for a training program for female mathematics teachers to develop their performance in the light of educational competencies, building a training program for female mathematics teachers to develop their performance in light of their training needs.
