Attention is one of the important foundations in our understanding of the players’ behavior under the influence of sports activity and physical exercise, and thus the manifestations of attention play a major role in shaping the players’ personality and contribute significantly to raising the level of their abilities (physical, skill, mental, and psychological), and their preparations to achieve the best possible achievement, Therefore, this research aims to identify "the effectiveness of developing some aspects of attention on improving the level of offensive skillful motor performances of the penalty corner kick for field hockey players (under 21 years old)."The researcher used the quasi-experimental method for its suitability to the goal and questions of the research, and the research community represents all the players of the Egyptian field hockey team who were collected during the preparation period in preparation for the African National Team Championship and the World Cup (under 21 years old), and who are registered in the records of the Egyptian Hockey Federation, and the researcher chose the research sample by the method The number of the basic sample was (15) players, and the researcher used the scientific observation, the registration form for the research sample, the data registration form for the physical and skill tests, the scale of manifestations of attention in hockey, the skill performance measurement tests for the research sample.

The most important results showed that: The proposed program has a high degree of effectiveness in developing some aspects of attention for field hockey players, and the proposed program has achieved an appropriate effectiveness in improving the level of offensive skill-motor performance of the penalty corner kick for groups (Lift Pull-Out-Stick-Stop-Shoot)", for field hockey players.

The researcher recommends applying the proposed program when developing some aspects of attention for field hockey players, and using the exercises under discussion when training on the skillful motor performances of the penalty corner kick, and using exercises similar to the actual performance in the sports competition according to the division of the offensive skill movement performance groups for the penalty corner kick (Pull-Lift-Out-install (stick-stop-shoot)”, and the need to pay attention to the application of the measure of manifestations of attention, which is appropriate for the offensive skillful motor performances of the penalty corner kick for field hockey players on a regular basis, in order to identify the nature of their manifestations of attention.
