troduction: Praise be to God, Lord of the Worlds, andprayers and peace be upon the Master ofthe Messengers, and upon all his familyand companions.

As for what follows: TheProphet's Sunnah is the second source of Islamiclegislation, so the Noble Qur'an is thefirst source, and the Sunnah of the Prophetis the second source, and it has manyfunctions.

And just as God Almighty ensuredthe preservation of the Noble Qur'an, the Prophet's Sunnah was preserved by itsmemorization, since what the Prophet, may God's prayers and peace be upon him, came with is a revelation, the Almighty saidAmong the images that she had preserved, God Almighty's awakening to her are menwho pleaded for what had entered her, andserved her in establishing its foundationsand rooting its origins.

Abdul-Qadir al-Muhammadi, may God rewardhim, advised me to write about theefforts of one of the researchers in the scienceof hadith who added something newin the path of students of knowledge, namely, the virtuous Sheikh Dr.

Aziz Rashid Muhammadal-Dayni al-Iraqi "may God havemercy on him", who died in 1426 AH 2006AD), to highlight his valuable hadith views, to revive his memory of merit and loyalty, and to present what was presented to thegeneration and students of knowledge, sothis was a modest research.

The researchincluded an introduction and three sectionsthat included several axes and then a conclusion, and relied on the author's two mostimportant publications, namely the book(Correcting the hadiths of the Mustadrakbetween Al-Hakim Al-Naysaburi andAl-Hafiz Al-Dhahabi), and the book (TheFoundations of Judgment on Men until theend of the third century AH), where the researchcame as a brief summary of the twobooks, inclusive.
