Abstract EN

English Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds, and prayers and peace be upon the masterof the messengers, his family and his companions, and those who followed them withcharity until the Day of Judgment.

After: The science of jurisprudence is the mosthonorable of science and the highest, andthose who sail in this science find good allthe good in going into it, saying: (( God isgood by what he understands in religion)).

Praise be to Allaah.

It is incumbent on usto emerge from among the men of this Ummahwho has done this and to spread thejurisprudence of the great Imams, such asImam Ghazali and Imam Abd al-Karim IbnMuhammad al-Rafi'i, may God have mercyon them.

They are for the scholars of theShafi'i sect, and so on.

Al-Shafi'i to be thetitle of this research, I chose to study andachieve the book of warranty, especiallythe second part of it (in the right warranty)from the book (Aziz explain the short)to Imam Abdul Karim bin Mohammed binAbdul Karim Al-Rafii, may Allah have mercyon him, The doctrine of Imam Shafei) tothe argument of Islam Imam Abu Hamidal-Ghazali, may God have mercy on him, because it is of great importance in the Islamicjurisprudence in general and the jurisprudenceof Shafi'i in particular.

This book has left behind invaluable scientifictreasures all in order to serve this truereligion.

The student of science is not tiredof reading it and the investigator has no difficultyin achieving it.

He has achieved thefirst part of it (in the pillars of the guarantee)in the master's stage.
