Abstract EN

God (Almighty) prepared for the Sunnahof the Prophet men to defend it, andto show true lies, and to reveal lies of theliars, and what was narrated by the weakfrom the narrations, then books (the causes)appeared that showed and clarified this, and among these scholars the Imam (thebazaar) was one of the defenders of theSunnah of the Prophet By explaining whathappened in her narrations, such as contradiction, singularity, perversion and other(causes) and he had fingerprints in the scienceof (causes) in his book, you rarely finda hadith in his book unless he commentedon it and explained what it contains of(the causes) and that the knowledge of (thecauses) is considered from Hadith sciencesthat contain some ambiguity and lack ofclarity.

Therefore, it desperately needs morestudy and research.

To uncover the mysteriesand clarify the ambiguous, so it wasmy choice to study this science through thebook of the Imam (Al-Bazzar).

and thetitle of my research (the hadiths on which(Al-Bazzar) was judged to be unique in itsMusnad) and in addition to the ambiguityof the science of the difficulty of the Imam(Al-Bazzar) ruling in expressing (Thecause) in the hadith, and the ambiguity ofhis comments often in his ruling on the hadiths, so in my research I wanted to explainthe phrases of the Imam (the bazaar) andclarify the ambiguity, so that it could be easilyunderstood.

The research relies on theinductive approach, whereby I inventoryand trace the hadiths judged to be singular, extract the hadiths to which the researchcondition applies, and then produce themadequately by extrapolating their methods, studying and critiquing them according toscientific controls and the rules known tospecialized scholars.
