Abstract EN

The phenomenon of the legal and legislative inflation, threatens the simplicity of the law and our understanding for it, we can observe that in the big number of the legislations and the big numbers of the articles in the law, so this article tries for solving this problem in the Algerian real estate legislation.

this article revealed to us the existence of this problem in the Algerian land legislation ,there are a many solutions for this phenomenon ,we can propose to revise the constitutions to become legislation by law is the original, we suggest also preserving the importance of the general rules and reorganize and standardize it.

Abstract FRE

Le phénomène de l’inflation législative et juridique est devenu un grand problème qui menace notre compréhension des lois et sa simplicité.

On peut facilement remarquer cela à travers le nombre d’articles dans certaines lois et le nombre injustifié des lois elles-mêmes.

Cette étude nous a montré l’existence de ce problème notamment dans le droit immobilier algérien.

Pour résoudre ce problème, nous avons proposé plusieurs solutions, parmi lesquelles la révision de la constitution d’une part, et la préservation des règles générales et leur valorisation ainsi que l’unification des législations qui poursuivent le même objectif, d’autre part.
