Countries with different economic levels and political orientations compete to attract foreign investments to its territory.

for this purpose, they strive to offer the legal safety to the foreign investor in order to convince him to take the decision of carrying out his investment project on their territory.

Freezing legislative texts is one of the most important investment guaranties that the foreign investor requests and he isn’t just satisfied by the fact that this guaranty is backed the rules but insists on adding the condition of fixed legislations in the investment contracts.

Moving towards the trend of economic diversification, Algeria has reinforced this principle in the legislation, in addition to the international agreements.

Des pays à différents niveaux d'orientations économiques et politiques se font concurrence pour attirer des investissements étrangers sur leur territoire, et pour cette raison, ils s'efforcent d'assurer la sécurité juridique de l'investisseur étranger, dans le but de le convaincre de prendre la décision d'’y installer son projet d'investissement.

La stabilisation de la législation interne figure parmi les garanties les plus importantes réclamées par les investisseurs étrangers, ces derniers exigent non seulement la consécration de la stabilisation de la législation dans le droit interne, mais aussi la stipulation de cette stabilisation comme clause contractuelle dans les contrats d'investissement.

De même, l'Algérie, avec ses orientations vers la diversification économique, a inscrit le principe dans la législation interne ainsi que dans les accords internationaux.
