Imamate and Caliphate is one of the most important and at the same time the most controversial beliefs between Shiites and Sunnis.

Allameh Helli, among the Imamiyya scholars as the greatest theologian of his time, made every effort to compile various aspects of the discussion of Imamate in the book Minhajat al-Karama and was able to provide a complete analysis of this discussion.

One of his large volumes of critique of this book in particular and the views of all Imami theologians in general, he tried to confront the issue of Imamate in the Minhaj al-Karama from various aspects.

Now, considering the breadth of the subject, in this article, only the different angles of denying the "principle of Imamate", which is one of Ibn Taymiyyah's objections to the book Minhaj al-Karama, are examined and analyzed based on the correct principles of Shiite and Sunni theology Therefore, the findings of the present study are presented in two parts, including: a- Ibn Tamimah's problems and BResponse to Ibn Tamimah's problems.
