تقويم نص الحديث عند ابن حبان معتمدا على كتاب (المجروحين من المحدثين و الضعفاء و المتروكين)‎

Abstract EN

The predominant approach of Orientalists in the hadith studies has limited the critique of Islamic hadith by Muslim scholars to the analysis of Sanad and believes that the earliest narrators and rijals were careless or less attentive to the text's review. The present study aimed to provide evidence and proofs of the early narrators' effort to the textual critique of the hadith in the books of the rijals.

To this aim, has reviewed the Ibn Habban al-Basti book, the fourth century, "Al- Majroohin Min Al-Mohadithin Va Al-Dhoafa Va Al-Matrookin." In this study, the words that indicate the text's critique found in the book and the evidence Ibn Habban criticizes the narrators' arrange and modify, and the narrator's traditions collected.

Some words and expressions indicate the hadith's text critique, including forged, inverted, denied, false, abandoned, wonders, and error.

Based on the results, contrary to the orientalists' views, Ibn Habban, as one of the early narrators and rijals in examining the hadith's validity, has endeavored with textual criticism.
