This research paper used to explain the attitude of Algerian law about freedom of belief, where the research started with the definition of “belief” in Islamic jurisprudence and Algerian law, then it examines the concept of “freedom of belief” as a complex term that is intended by Islamic jurists and legal scholars, then it moves to the issue of constitutional legislation Freedom of belief in the successive constitutions since independence until the last amendment of the year 2020 AD and the amendments that brought it, and how the latter included freedom of belief in its texts, in order to discuss afterwards how the orders and executive legislation in Algerian law dealt with the issue of freedom of belief, which the Algerian legislator put in place on the issue of granting them the right In building or allocating places for worship, practicing and demonstrating religious rituals and rituals, and how the Algerian law granted religious freedom to non-Muslims, and the most important restrictions that were set for them, in order to protect the security and public order of the Muslim community, the research concluded with a set of results and recommendations regarding the regulation of the Algerian legislature for the freedom to practice Religious rituals for non-Muslims
