Abstract EN

The study aimed to identifying the role of Implementation Principles of Total Quality Management and Strategic Review on the Performance of Poultry Industry in Sudan .

The problem of study was to search for a modern method of management that positively contributes to achieving the aspirations and expectations of the audience of beneficiaries and their needs and satisfaction with the service , potential and setting controls .The study adopted the descriptive analytical method .The population of study among the employees of major companies of Poultry in Sudan The study was applied on three companies markets in Khartoum State as example for poultry industries ( Miko ,Alnil.

AL Arabia).

The companies were selected based on the size, type and quality of production.

The study used a questionnaire as research tool 200 employee were randomly selected from general manager , production manager and department heads of selected companies collected data subjected to analyzed by using the Statistic product for solutions and services.

The main hypothesis of study is; there is a statistically significant relationshipbetween Principles of Total Quality Management and Strategic Review on the Performance of Poultry Industry in Sudan.

The most important finding of the study is there is strong Authority a statistically significant relationship between Principles of Total Quality Management and Strategic Review on the Performance of Poultry Industry in Sudan.

The study recommended to training employees scientifically according to their training needs.
