Abstract EN

This study is based on Muhammad Arkoun's attempt to present a textual reading of the surah of the cave based on the textual overlap.

Arkoun's attempt to subject it to the Qur'anic text of the textual intercession is an extension of the historical criticism of the Bible, which reached its proportions in the ninth century.

The Ecclesiastical Reading of the Consistency of the Text is not grounded for earthly or textual anthropomorphism.

It does not adopt a quotation from folk legends or collective memory.

But rather to emphasize the common history of the religions of the people of the Book.

Therefore, the researcher found that the convergence in the Qur'anic discourse relates to the nature of the speech itself, which is characterized as a communicative speech that aims to convey a concept or meaning or a message and to cause an effect or emotion.

This is done only by the behavior of the familiar channels of expression and the evocation of spaces of meaning, frameworks of thought and textual references, which frame the whole consciousness of the recipient and the mold of his thinking and determine the way of his speech and receive the speech and understanding, but the only channel to deliver the message to him.
