This study came with the aim of highlighting the extent of international cooperation between countries in the face of COFED 19 or what is known as the Corona virus, because it is considered one of the first epidemics and there is no vaccine to combat it, so international cooperation is called for in order to join hands to eliminate the pandemic, and the study reached the need to improve systems Medical and increase the human cadres to be able to deal with emergencies and crises, and transfer experiences between countries that have reached some extent in dealing with the pandemic and the assistant of countries that have a simple ability not to deal with the pandemic, as well as the study indicated the preventive and therapeutic mechanisms that can be used by the international community.
