Abstract EN

This research deals with a set of legal implications that result from the appeal by way of an administrative retrial, as it clarifies many of the effects that result from the appeal if it is accepted or not, the extent of the possibility of compromising the validity of the appealed judicial ruling by return.

Then, it is reviewing, in light of reality and the law.

It also sheds light on the effects that the legislations which has arranged on the appeal of an administrative retrial, in order to benefit from it in developing the retrial system in the Iraqi administrative judiciary.
