Abstract EN

This research which is entitled “ Technology and its intact on food water, and air : a juristic study”, tackled the impact of technological advancement on food, water and air.

The researcher illustrated that this advancement lias positive and negative reflections in all aspects and dimensions of life.

The researcher also illustrated that food additives and preservatives are not bad if added according to the agreed up on portions.

As for the food coloring materials, scientific study has proved that it is very harmful for human health, and accordingly it is prohibited.

However, animal waste can be used as fertilizer for plants.

On the other hand, treatment with pig insulin can only be done in case of necessity as restricted by sharia controls.

The mam objective of this study is to clarify the Islamic ruling for the issues related to protecting water, air and food.

The most important attained results are: Islamic jurisprudence forbid deliberate spoil of water either by dumping the pollutants m it or drain and extravagance in it, also polluting air has negative impact on human health.

Moreover, adding blood to fodder is forbidden because it is one of the unnecessary forbidden impurities.

The research suggests : awrareness seminars and symposium to reduce food, water and air pollution should be held, besides, using modem technologies that reduce the pollution caused by car exhaust and factory waste.
