Abstract EN

We can say without hesitation that Imam Ali is the pioneer and founder of Islamic human development which is what we are trying to prove in such research, thinkers and clerks whom contributed in growing the Islamic human development should have effected by Imam Ali intellect anyway.

“ One of Imam Ali speech that I have totally effected for a long time as well as all should be get much admiration was “ don't bring your sons up for your traditions because they have been created for another ones “ though the best what I've heard in comment of this speech was by Ahmed Jibril ( the well-known politician ) at a forum in Tunisia where I was attended, he said “ Imam Ali is considered the pioneer of the perpetual human development “ it was recherché speech “ one of researcher said.

In this research we approached to the opinions of Imam Ali at the human development field and its applications in reality during his reign as a Caliph, what he wrote to his cabinet members to be their approach to lead the nation and promote the Muslims as Allah stated.

The supreme aim that Imam Ali proposed was achieving the social justice and maintain the leader and folks rights as well as bolstering the ties between the authorities and folks where the right is the master and enhancing the authority in order not to dare to conduct injustice and break the rights.

Also Imam Ali wanted to properly construct the Muslim individual as good as Allah and his prophet wanted, he wanted the person to be quiet strong in a way that make impossibility to any ruler to oppressing him, also making the Muslims a hard opponent to the rulers in the right affairs, amending the trajectories, maintaining the religion and keeping the human pride.

Also we approached in this research to the definition of the human development and its historian progress, the reasons behind its fizzle to achieve the social justice and uplifting the human being reality.

Then we approached to the human development in the holy Quran where we didn't find it using the term of development in the urgent or commands aspects in spite of its plenty points that it deals with the economic conduct and the continue urging for this conduct to be rational in spending and gaining or any other terms of economic aspects, but we found instead several terms that refer to the construction such as the verse of Quran “ He brought you forth from the earth and settle you therein “ … the Qurtubi said “ Settle is demanding construction and the olute demand from Allah to be applicable “ The term of construction and structuring is consider one of the more honest in expression of developing, as it solves the argument of economical developing, it is a resurgence in all human life aspects.
