Abstract EN

The research entitled, “The Movement of the Historical Text in Fazara's invasion and Um-Qarfa's Killing: An Analytic Study”, touched on how the historical text moves from one narrator or historian to another.

In the text, this movement is either considered intentionally deliberate movement through which the narrator aims to pass certain ideas through the text, or that movement is unintended resulted from an inaccuracy in the process of the narrator or historian's transmission of events and news, either by hearing them or by reviewing the sources that preceded him.

The research has taken the Fazara's Invasion as an example of that text movement, and it proved to what extent that particular text movement related to that invasion, and the extent of confusion in its news which was transferred from one historian to another.

This research adopted the analytical method of Traditions and digging therein and a full review to what has been reported about the invasion to find out the truth of the text movement transmitted through historical sources.
