Abstract EN

The study aims to identify whether it is possible to apply the Total Quality Management on the used cars Dilalah (auction market) in Sudan, in order to improve this market situation.

In order to achieve the objectives and to answer the questions of the study, the researcher adopted a descriptive analytical method.

Thequestionnairewasusedasatooltocollectthe data.

The study was applied on four cars markets in Khartoum State as example for used cars markets operating in the same field.

The four markets were selected because of the high visiting which was observed at them.

Those used cars markets are; Libya Market Dilalah (Kandahar), Al-Azhari Dilalah (Al-Ahlyia School Square), Al-Sahafa Dilalah (Al-Konica), and Bahri Crane Dilalah.

A random sample consisting of (75), was selected including (sellers, purchasers, mediators and technicians).

The data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) to verify whether there isa statistically significant relationship between service development and improvement continuously and management quality.

The study concluded the following: There is a statistically significant relationship between thecars Dilalah workers' agreement to apply the Total Quality Management on the cars dilalah and the availability of guarantee between the seller and the purchaser,The study recommended the following: The application of the Total Quality Management requires from all to cooperate in order to achieve the desired objectives so as the customer satisfies with the needed provided basic services.
