Abstract EN

The process of transition from the accumulation of political regime of President Ben Bella Ahmed , and the interactions of political conflicts which necessitates in the light of this paper is to provide an approach of the nature and ideology of the first regime of the revolutionary legitimacy on one hand , and in the other hand the contribution of the ideological effort of Algeria Charter, and the analysis of such a relationship between Party and state , and enrich the theoretical field of the political situation in Algeria and it‟s implications on the reality of there application field.
