Abstract EN

The present study aimed to identify the main strategies of combating administrative corruption from the viewpoint of faculty members at Najran University.

Therefore, the descriptive analytical approach in addition to a questionnaire of five main strategies namely, the streptococcus, educational, social, media, and security were used.

The questionnaire, after checking its validity and reliability, was distributed to (511) participants who constituted the study sample.

Findings revealed very high consensus degree of participants on the effectiveness among all proposed strategies.

In addition, Males' belief that such strategies contribute to combating administrative corruption was higher than the females' belief.

Furthermore, there were no statistically significant differences between participants' mean scores due to nationality whether Saudi or non-Saudi.

Viewpoints of the holders of theoretical specialties with regard to the contribution of these strategies to administrative corruption combating were higher than those of their colleagues who hold scientific specialties.

In light of these findings , The study recommended a number of recommendations for ministries by field; the most important of them is the adoption of the five strategies proposed to combat administrative corruption.
