Abstract EN

An Applied Study aims to analyze the elements of data description (metadata) in the sample sites from Sudanese universities, the study begins with a Thorough introduction describes the important and the approach used in this study, and introducing the population of the study will depends on the experimental method through using one of the famous online software, which enables to analyzed the sites of data in reality, that is Meta Checker program, it is the most famous and the best.

Although the study analyzed the sits data using Meta Checker program, for study of the following locations in the Universities (Khartoum - Neelain- Sciences and Technology- Ahfad).

The study concluded that there is lack .of interest in libraries and called Meta Taga in paragraph metadata, and referred the nature of the existing on this site, where they mostly follow the Information Center and Decision Making.

The evaluation program is always has high quality , if it compare with Sudanese sites that lacks many of the paragraphs of metadata, and these programs helps in the evaluation and knowledge of librarians who use these programs to identify how much the lakes and where you stand these sites, if compare other Arabs sites or foreign, and also should pay attention criteria when constructing paragraphs metadata such as Dublin Core and more Sudanese Studies in this aspect.
