The science of stopping and commencement one of the most important and honorable sciences, because of its attachment to the Qur'an, where it plays a major role in the statement of Qur'anic meanings.

It is no secret to the scholars of stopping and commencement of linguistic and Islamic sciences, which we will indicate in this research marked by " stopping and commencement between the grammatical rules and jurisprudence", through its relationship to grammar and jurisprudence, and to achieve this objective we have relied on what were mentioned the scholars of stopping and commencement and the people of grammar, jurisprudence and interpretation.
