Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to explore the features and the limits of a new type of fiction in Algerian literature, Autofiction; which is, since the advent of the first texts to which he belonged, has raised many questions and controversies due to its standing between two known genres: biography and novel.

In this study I considered working on autofiction in the novel "al-Wali Attaher Yaoud Ila Makamihi Ezzaki" by Taher Wattar, because this masterpiece carries the features of autofiction.

So, how has reality and autofiction manifested itself in the Algerian novel as a new type in fiction ?.
