The Qur'anic effect, in the sermon of the Muttaqin, appears to be a clear goal.

The goal of the Holy Quran is to build the human personality in general and the Islamic personality in particular.

For this reason, this sermon included three axes in which thought combines behavior The first axis: the believer who believes with his creator (God Almighty).

The believer who is the believer who has attained, in his knowledge of God the degree of certainty, is worshiped by an honest and impeccable worship The second axis: the human believer with himself, in which the personality of Mtaki looks like a personality that guided itself to the qualities and ethics of the universe, in its entirety, the personality traits that God wanted to be worshiped by his worshiper.

The third axis: the human being in the Islamic and humanitarian society, in which Imam Ali (peace be upon him) lines of the relationship of the believer with the human and Islamic society, to link them and to draw the profile of this character in its relations with the community.
