منهج الاستنباط الفقهي عند ابن تيمية : دراسة مقارنة

Abstract EN

The research shows the method of Ahmad ibn Abd al- Halim ibn Taymiyyah and his Jurisprudential derivation's methodology by presenting the assets that he adopted in the derivation of his Jurisprudential edict (Fatwah).

And the research is intended to knowledge the methodology of the derivation of ibn Taymiyyah and his extent in punctuality with the assets of derivation in the Hanbali's religion, and in the end of the research it turns out that ibn Taymiyyah has his own methodology of Jurisprudential derivation different from the method of the Jurisprudential derivation in the Hanbali's religion, and any other Islamic doctrines, and that explains the reason that ibn Taymiyyah fell in a lot of problems and issues that led him to prison and the death in it because of his contradicting with a lot of what Islamic scholars agreed on its legitimacy, like prohibiting the visit of the Maqam of Prophet Muhammad(PBUH).
