The current study aims to identify the reality of habilitation and training in public relations departments in governmental, Azharite and private colleges and institutes from the point of view of faculty members and students.

, And work to define the priorities needed for rehabilitation and training in the field of rehabilitation and practical training, and the study relied on the method of surveying the sample, both descriptive and analytical, and the study community consisted of students of governmental and private media colleges and institutes, As for the sample, it consisted of200 individual students, 50 members of the faculty and the assisting body from each institute or college.

The study concluded in its results that the quality of qualification and practical training in the field of public relations and advertising in public and private media colleges is somewhat satisfactory from the point of view of the faculty and the assisting body, It is somewhat unsatisfactory from the students' point of view, and that the qualification and training environment is not suitable inside or outside the colleges and institutes, and these training courses are not organized according to a well thought out scheme, and the students are not classified before training according to their actual training needs, The training content is not determined according to these needs, just as students are not evaluated before or after training, and the graduates who have received the training are not contacted, and the impact of training on them is not recognized in the institutions in which they work, and work
