The position and importance of the right star in the Islamic law system are not covered by researchers in this field.

But in spite of numerous studies in this field, the conceptual complexities still cause confusion with similar institutions in the field of conceptualization as well as in identifying examples.

Therefore, the proper understanding of the concept of "right" will be possible when measured relative to other terms.

Similar terms, which are "property" and "judgment," sometimes accompany the concept of "right" in the sense of complexity in expressing their concepts and bounds.

In this research, the descriptive-analytic method has been used to compare the right of these two terms.

The results indicate that there are basically differences between the conceptual and the conceptual aspects.
