The deaf and the hard hearing form an integral part of the Saudi society and insuring their accommodation in the labor market is part of the community progress.

Therefore, this study seeks to identify the level of job satisfaction among deaf and hard-hearing individuals in various Saudi workplaces, taking into consideration a number of variables.

The study sample consists of (92) deaf and hard-hearing individuals, of whom (57) are deaf (43 males and 14 females) and (35) are hard-hearing (18 males and 17 females); i.e., (63) male and (29) female deaf and hardhearing in total.

In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the comparative, descriptive approach was adopted and a survey with a five-point Likert scale was developed by the researcher for data collection and analysis.

The study findings show a variation in the prevalence rates of problems faced by the deaf and hard-hearing in the work environment.

The findings also indicate an average degree of job satisfaction among (deaf/hard-hearing) employees and a relationship between the degree of job satisfaction among (deaf/hard-hearing) employees and each of (work nature, work environment, promotion and incentive system and relationship with superiors and colleagues).

Moreover, the findings show that there are no differences in the degree of job satisfaction among the (deaf/ hard-hearing) employees that can be attributed to the hearing condition variable (deaf/ hard-hearing) and the gender variable (male/female).
