The problem with the basic research to find out the role of knowledge management in achieving outstanding efficiency in the Yemeni universities in Hadramout, as research aims to identify the level of application of knowledge management and operations in Yemeni universities in Hadramout province, as well as to identify the role of knowledge management in achieving outstanding efficiency of those universities.

To this scholar he has several hypotheses, notably assuming there is no statistically significant relationship at the abstract level (0.05) between knowledge management and outstanding efficiency in the Yemeni universities in Hadramout.

Find CT follows the methodology of research, and the research in general, it follows the descriptive and analytical approach was the research community are the senior management of universities (members of the boards of universities) as well as faculty members at universities where the sample size determination for 100 single search.

Search results have shown that there is a relationship between the processes of knowledge management (knowledge- generating knowledge- store distribution of knowledge - knowledge application) and outstanding efficiency of universities Yemeni province of Hadramout.

The study recommended attention competitions of scientific innovation and strengthen the financial capacity of the universities in the framework of the development of their capacity to generate knowledge and interest Its employees with considerable experience and the development of an electronic system to effectively store and distribute knowledge , and work to create a consulting teams expert working on the application of knowledge within and outside the university in order to achieve outstanding efficiency Yemen's Hadramout universities.
