Abstract EN

This research comes under title “Types of Health Insurance Cards Selling and Their Provisions” to tackle newly phenomenon and presenting scientific framework for the violations occurred during exchanging health insurance cards, either in case of get benefits for their price or dealing with them as a commodity, this research included Analytical & Inductive Study approach in tow chapters preceded by preface and definition of research title words.

The important results f this research were selling of insurance cards that formed as selling of utility, where the utility is (Treatment) the provision in this case is permissible, however selling may be as present selling in same price or in less of it is price in this case there is nothing wrong .

The price of these cards may be less than the real price, this actually resulted in injustice and is not permissible, however insurances cards may be paid by the same price but with delaying the payment or with increasing in price even they were available at the time of buying, in this case there is nothing wrong as per the following conditions :- the seller must be the owner of these cards and shall purchase the cards at a known price and time and not buying these again for the person who bought them ,without asking for fine in case of delaying of payment of premiums .

However, health insurance cards may be purchased from insurance companies by deferred price and purchased again to the same company and this is the forbidden case.

The study recommended that the person who would like to deal with insurance company to use Legitimate methods, initially by selecting type of insurance that not involving in Legitimate prohibitions and ended by concluding contract with insurance company that providing cards .

Also it advised the researchers to tackle the newly issues deeply and then extract the legitimate provision that matching with the situation of the newly issues.
