Abstract EN

This study deals with Turkey's military power in light of the geopolitical polarization in the Eastern Mediterranean, where Turkey has demonstrated its military power through its major naval exercises.

Also, the Turkish navy intercepted the ships sent by foreign companies to explore gas off Cyprus without agreeing with Turkey on the rights of Turkish Cypriots.

In light of the growing power policy, Turkey must activate force as a tool in foreign policy.

Therefore, this study makes a comparison between the competing countries in the Eastern Mediterranean in terms of military power.

The analysis includes the navy and air forces, and the efficiency of air defences of countries except for the land forces from The comparison, because of the absence of borderline closeness between many countries in the region.
