Abstract EN

The current study aimed at examining the relationship of servant leadership with job bullying among managers from the viewpoint of teachers in government schools, as well as examining the effect of variables (gender - educational level - experience) on the relationship between servant leadership and job bullying among a sample of (150) teachers from government schools.

The study tools included a list of the measurement scale for the servant leadership and the measurement scale of bullying, prepared by the researchers.

The results of the study conquered a statistically negative relationship between the responses of the sample individuals on the servant leadership scale, and their degrees on the bullying scale.

In addition, the study results indicated the possibility of predicting bullying through some dimensions of servant leadership among the study sample of government school teachers, as well as the presence of statistically significant differences on the dimensions of functional bullying among the sample individuals due to the gender variable in favor of males and the variable of experience; while there was no significant effect of the educational level variable on the dimensions of the variable job bullying.
