Abstract EN

This research focuses on the methods of Islamic scholars in dealing with an apparent contradiction between a Quranic verse and one act from the Prophet (PBUH).

Since the method of (Mafhoom Al-Adad) one of the factors influencing the conflict، and the doctrines of scholars diversity either to apply this method or not to apply it، the research took upon himself to highlight the impact of this difference in their orientation during the explanation of the verse and the hadith; In the (Osool Al-Fiqh) ، however، the factor of the existence of the method of overstatement in the verse when some; influenced their decisions، as detailed in the research.
