Abstract EN

Praise be to God alone ،and prayers and peace be upon the one after whom there is no prophet ،and after: This is a summary of my research ،which I addressed to: Nuggets in the rule of expanding stones ،in the jurisprudence of the Qur’an and Sunnah.

The research ،and as for the first chapter ،I talked about the descending and in it the first two topics about the meaning of cataclysms and terminology ،and the difference between the cataclysms and the facts and developments ،and in the second topic on the meaning of the jurisprudence of cataclysms ،and the types of cataclysms In the second chapter ،I talked about the Jamarat ،and it contains two topics: the first: about the meaning of Jamarat ،the origin of the legitimacy of Jamarat ،the wisdom of throwing stones ،and the second topic: the place of throwing In the third chapter: I talked about the rule of expanding stones ،in which I edited the subject of the dispute in the matter ،and I mentioned the scholars ’statements in it ،then I mentioned the evidence of the obedience ،then the evidence of the permissible ،then I mentioned the most correct saying in the matter.

Then I concluded the research with the most important results and recommendations.

Then the most important recommendations: the most important of which are the interest in studying the jurisprudence of cataclysms ،and searching for every new issue ،as well as the necessity of referring to the scholars who are senior scholars who have the right to diligence in the issues coming down and not to go into them based on passion, partisanship or intolerance to something.
