Abstract EN

The current research aimed at setting a suggested proposal for the institutional culture project in Alnahdhah Modern Schools in Sana'a the Capital through investigating the employees' perceptions towards the institutional culture.

To achieve the research objectives, the research used the descriptive research method.

The research sample included the workers of the schools represented by headmaster, their deputies, teachers, administrative officers with a number of (175).

The researcher designed a questionnaire containing six dimensions: (Shared vision and team work, innovative and self-initiatives, loyalty and belonging, administrative practice and exchanged trust among the schools staff, transparency and integrity and community responsibility).

The total number of the questionnaire item was (47).

After fields survey, the researcher analyzed the collected data using SPSS program and reached to the following results: - The perceptions of Alnahdhah Modern Schools staff towards the institutional culture for the school year (2020- 2021) was high with a mean (4.04) and graded as high attitude.

- Setting a suggested proposal for the institutional culture project in Alnahdhah Modern Schools for the school year (2020- 2021).

For guaranteeing the achievement of the desired outcomes, the researcher recommended to apply the suggested proposal.
