Abstract EN

This research is a theoretical and practical discussion of the "narration of the hadith through meaning".

As for the theoretical perspective, I mentioned the importance of this issue and that it is one of the issues that attracted the attention of scholars of Hadith and Osoul (principles), who were keen to research it and explain its importance and its impact on the issues of jurisprudence of branches (fiqih al foroo'a), as this issue has a visible effect on the branches of jurisprudence and practical issues, therefore, it is indeed worth researching and discussion due to the difference in jurisprudence decision and then the difference in fatwa and application.

Then, I mentioned the disagreement among scholars in the ruling of the narration of the hadith through meaning and clarified the first saying of the group of scholars of hadith and scholars of jurisprudence and principles, who prevented it at all, and discussed their evidence.

Then, the second saying was mentioned and it is the saying of those who approved that, which is the opinion of the majority of scholars, and discussed their evidence.

Then I moved on to favouring and stated that the most favourite saying is the permissibility of the narration through meaning, which is the opinion of the majority of scholars, and was supported by the work of the companions and followers of the prophet (PBUH) and passed on to the righteous predecessors of the Muslim nation.

Next, I showed the conditions which were put by those who approved the narrating through meaning, and imposed that the narrator must be aware of the connotations of articulation and its purposes and meanings.

They also imposed to be aware of the content of hadith.

In addition they imposed not to be out of the confined texts and worshiping articulations.

In the practical side, I collected in this research ten issues of fiqih in worships and treatments in which the favourite disagreement was to go with narrating through meaning.

These texts of each issue were taken from the books of their considered doctrines.

Also I abscibed their evidences to depended books of Sunnah, showed its degree and wrote down the witness position of it, so that a researcher can get use in fiqih as well as hadith.

I concluded this research with lots of outcomes and recommendations which have good memory.
