Abstract EN

This study aimed to test the determinants of the dividends policy of the Yemen Mobile Company, one of the Yemeni telecommunications companies over the time period (2008-2017).

variables exempted are represented by company's profitability, financial leverage, company's growth, liquidity, asset structure, Past Dividend, business risk, firm size, and tax rate.

The dependent variables is dividends policy.

(Auto Regressive Integrated Moving Average) ARIMA (2,0,0) was used to study the relationship between independent and dependent study variables.

The study finds that there is a significant that is statistically significant negative effect for each company's profitability, company's liquidity, and Past Dividend on the dividends policy in the Yemen Mobile.

Moreover, it finds a statistically significant positive effect of the financial leverage, asset structure and business risk on the dividends policy in the Yemen Mobile, while there was no effect of the other variables on the dividends policy.
