Abstract EN

The study aims to shed light on the policy adopted by Arabs to gain their rights to freedom, independence and unity in the Levant (between 1914 and 1922) from those who had greed in the Levant, especially Britain and France.

The study will focus on the results of the correspondence of Sharif Al Hussein with McMahon, the extent of achieving what has been agreed upon, and the experience of Prince Abdullah Bin Al Hussein to achieve the independence of eastern Jordan.

The study also deals with the political efforts exerted by the leaders of the Palestinian National Movement in achieving the demands of the Palestinian people, which stemmed from the general Arab demands of the British occupiers.

It also addresses the extent to which these demands were met and the role of their good intentions towards Britain to achieve their demands, and the role of the Syrian and Lebanese national movement in the West and good intentions towards France to achieve the independence of the Levant.
