Abstract EN

This research aims to identify the effectiveness of extension program to improve the quality of life in kindergarten teachers in Khartoum state /Jabal Awliya Al-Azhari district.

The researcher used the experimental test approach, and the research community was represented in the kindergarten in local Jabal Awliya Al-Azhari sector for the academic year (2018-2019) _survey, and the number (30) teachers the researcher used the quality life scale prepared by Hosin and Kazim, The indicative program designed by to researchers.

To treat the data statistical methods including the arithmetic mean, standard deviation test, and analysis of variance by computer according to the statistical packed the following results: The quality of life of kindergarten teachers in Khartoum state is high and the program is effective in improving the quality of life, and there are no statistically significant differences depending on the variable of marital status of female teachers.

In light of these results the researchers put forward numbers ofrecommendations and proposals.

The most important of which is the generalization of the use of the grogram to kindergarten teachers in the localities of Khartoum state
