Abstract EN

The current research aims to (building a proposed model for organizational development according to the transformational leadership theory of primary school principals from their point of view), and to achieve the goal of the research, the researcher prepared the scale of the organizational development model as it consists of (29) paragraphs in its final form distributed in three dimensions as they are after inspiration (8) paragraphs, and after the ideal effect (11) paragraphs, and after intellectual stimulation (10) paragraphs, and after that the researcher applied the research scale on the members of the adult sample (187) individuals from primary school principals and principals, selected from the basic research sample of (362) individuals.

By (52%), and after completing the application of the research tool on the sample, the data were unpacked and analyzed by the computer program (SPSS), and the research reached the following results.

The majority of school principals and principals They do not have organizational development and they rely on the completion of their work by following the classic means, methods and methods that were the cause of the difficulty of the school's development and progress.

The researcher recommended the adoption of the proposed model because of its importance in the organizational development of the school.
