Abstract EN

This research aimed to identify the effectiveness of training courses in directing educational supervisors and secondary school principals in Sudan towards practicing strategic educational planning in practical in Sudanese secondary schools.

The research also aims to identify the extent of psychological satisfaction of educational supervisors and directors of Sudanese secondary schools towards training courses in the field of strategic educational planning.

It also aims to find out whether there are statistically significant differences which are attributable to the variable of the type and degree and the number of years of experience in the opinions of the respondents towards the effectiveness of training courses in their orientation towards practicing strategic educational planning in practical in practice in secondary schools in Sudan, and knowing whether there are individual differences of statistical significance due to the variable of type or degree or the number of years of experience in the opinions of respondents in the field of psychological satisfaction towards training courses in the field of strategic educational planning.

The method used in the research is the descriptive method.

The research community consisted of directors, managers, supervisors of the secondary stage in Khartoum state their number is )<:<(.

A random sample was chosen from the research population with a size of (104) by (10.6%) from the total population for induction.

The research tool consisted of the questionnaire provided to both managers and supervisors.

To address the study data, many descriptive and non-parametric statistical methods were used, using statistical packages for social sciences, which are denoted by the acronym (spss).

The effectiveness of training courses in the field of directing secondary school principals in Sudan towards practicing strategic educational planning in practice in secondary school in Sudan from the viewpoint of the examined was very large, the psychological satisfaction of the educational supervisors and the heads of the Sudanese secondary schools towards the training courses in the field of educational strategic planning in a very large degree, there are very few individual differences with statistical significance in the opinions of the respondents in favor of females with regard to the effectiveness of training courses in the practice of educational strategic planning in secondary schools.

There are statistically significant differences in favor of females with regard to the gender variable and in favor (more than 15 years experience) with regard to the number of years of experience and in favor of (over – university qualification) with respect to the variable of scientific qualification and in favor (there training courses and more) with regard to the standardization of the number of training courses on the extent of the effectiveness of training courses in directing principals of secondary schools to practice strategic educational planning in practical secondary schools in Sudan.
