This research aims to identify the positives and challenges of using e-learning strategies in learning and teaching mathematics among elementary school students in Saudi Arabia in Wadi Al-Dawasir governorate in light of the Corona-19 pandemic from the viewpoint of their teachers, knowing differences between the variables.

The researcher used the descriptive and analytical method with the questionnaire tool consisting of (30) paragraphs distributed in the fields of Positives and Challenges, addressed to a random sample of(78) mathematics teachers in the elementary stage, representing 86.66% of the total community, and an interview directed to (8) mentors and teaching specialists Mathematics in Wadi Al-Dawasir for the second semester of the academic year 2021 AD to obtain the required results.

After collecting and analyzing data statistically, the researcher came up with the following findings: the presence of a positive degree (below the mean) in using e-learning strategies in learning and teaching mathematics to primary school students in light of the Corona-19 pandemic, and the presence of challenges degree (above the middle) in the way of the use of e-learning strategies in Learning and teaching mathematics to primary school students in light of the Corona-19 pandemic, and the absence of statistically significant differences in the Positives and Challenges of using strategies of e-learning in learning and teaching mathematics to primary school students in Wadi Al-Dawasir governorate in light of the Corona-19 pandemic For gender.

The research came up with a set of recommendations and submit proposals to solve the challenges facing the use of e-learning strategies in learning and teaching mathematics which is calling for: draw attention to training students and Mathematical teachers on what is new in the field of educational technologies, providing the required infrastructure for the use of e-learning strategies in learning and teaching, action to spread the culture of using e-learning strategies in learning and teaching in the elementary stage, motivating teachers to use e-learning strategies in learning and teaching.
