Abstract EN

This study aims to identify if the technological education curricula in Sudan coping with the requirements of the labor market, identifying the suitability of qualifying the technological education graduate in Sudan to the requirements of the labor market.

The researchers used the descriptive method, and the questionnaires for data collection; these questionnaires were distributed to the faculty members of some technological colleges in Sudan, and engineers in the labor market sector in Khartoum State.

The study sample was represented from the faculty members of the technical colleges in Sudan, as their number reached (100), and the engineers in the labor market institutions sector and they were (38).

The researchers used the (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) program, (SPSS), where a set of necessary statistical methods were used as Alpha Cronbach to determine the validity of the questionnaire , the Frequency tables and percentages for each statement of the questionnaire were presented , the median and chi - square to find out the statistical significances of the the questionnaire.

And the researchers reached the following results: Technological education curricula in Sudan meet the needs of the labor market, and it is updated and developed periodically according to the changes in the labor market, also it is theoretical aspect is related to the practical ones, and the technological education graduate has the ability to follow security and safety rules procedures.

The researchers recommend that: Attention should be paid to the quality of curricula and study programs in technical education institutions in Sudan.
