The philosophy of action and the development problems in the Arab worldArab societies suffer from backwardness that encompasses social, cultural, and economic aspects, and several factors have helped to produce this backwardness, which requires philosophers and social researchers to try to identify its causes.

The reason for this must be the lack of speech and lack of implementation.

This is also linked to the philosophy prevailing in Arab societies that rely more on dialogue and discussion with procedural and utilitarian methods and action to embody objectives, as in western philosophy.

Therefore, any social and economic development requires a focus on action and on the adoption of a procedural and utilitarian philosophy that helps to break out of the multifaceted underdevelopment that Arab societies are known for.
