Abstract EN

This article deals with the most important theory that the Arabic grammar has been based on since its foundation.

That is the theory of grammar government.

Through it, it was possible to understand and analyze the Arabic sentence, but it was rejected by Ibn-Madaa al Qurtobi, and so on by many linguists in modern times.

So it became problematic.

Hence, I have tried to outline the truth of this theory and its cognitive foundations.

Is it a scientific factor is it just an assumption that has no truth.

At a later stage, I tried to illustrate how the ancient grammarians understood this theory, how they interpreted the Arabic sentence, and the most important of its phenomena, which is the phenomenon of Al-I'rab.

I concluded by the responses of the modern linguists who tracked her deniers, explaining its dimensions and revealing its importance in relation to the Arabic language.
