تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس و تحليل أثر تقلب أسعار البترول على تغير سعر صرف الدينار الجزائري بالاعتماد على بيانات سنوية خلال الفترة (1986-2018) وذلك باستخدام نموذج شعاع الانحدار الذاتي VAR.
وقد خلصت إلى عدم وجود علاقة سببية في اتجاه أسعار البترول نحو سعر الصرف على المدى القصير و كذا عدم وجود علاقة توازنية طويلة الأجل بين متغيرتي الدراسة، و بالمقابل أثبتت نتائج اختبار دوال الاستجابة أن حدوث صدمة هيكلية إيجابية بمقدار انحراف معياري واحد في سعر البترول له أثر معنوي موجب على سعر الصرف كما أن نسبة مساهمة أسعار البترول في تفسير خطأ التنبؤ لسعر الصرف لفترة مستقبلية كانت ضئيلة
Abstract EN
This study aims to analyse and measure the effect of oil prices fluctuations on the exchange rate of the Algerian dinar based on annual data during the period (1986-2018), using the Vector Auto Regression models.
The study concluded that there is no causal relationship and the ence of a long-term balance relationship between variables.
The results of the analysis of variance decomposition showed that the ratio of the oil prices contribution to the interpretation of the prediction error for the exchange rate for a future period was low.
