Abstract EN

The study aimed to measure knowledge management and its impact on institutional performance excellence.

Knowledge management represented the independent variable that was measured through (knowledge acquisition and development, knowledge organization and evaluation, knowledge transfer and application), while institutional performance excellence represented the dependent variable that was measured through many dimensions that covered the variable totally.

The problem of the study stemmed from the fact that MTN Company was facing a new challenge represented by the intense competition from different companies that were characterized by the high level of their services.

Accordingly, a set of hypotheses were formulated to diagnose the reality of knowledge management in the company.

The study relied on a questionnaire to obtain data that was distributed to a (60) randomly selected sample of company’s employees out of a total of (250) employees, then analyzed using SPSS program.

The study most important findings include the existence of a relationship and an effect for knowledge management on the institutional excellence performance.

The study calls for the necessity of optimal use of knowledge management in the direction that achieves excellence for the company
