Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the impact of strategic thinking patterns on performance in the Jordanian private universities.

The study model and hypotheses were built based on the study's literature, as well as using previous studies in developing study measures.

The study depended on the descriptive analytical method, as well as designing a questionnaire for data collection, where (237) questionnaires were distributed, and (231) of them were retrieved achieving a response rate of (97.46%).

In order to ensure the degree of data reliability, Alpha Cronbach test was used, besides using the analysis of the path method and the structural equation modeling to test the hypotheses.

The study has reached a set of results, the most important of which include the existence of a significant positive relationship between the overall pattern and strategic performance, and the existence of a positive relationship between planning pattern and strategic performance.
